We charge sales tax on all orders shipped within California, Pennsylvania, and New York.
Ground orders submitted Mon-Thrs are subject to a processing time of up to 48 hours. All expedited orders placed Mon-Thrs may require a 24 hour processing time. Orders placed Friday after 9AM, or over the weekend, may require up to 72 hours to process.
We want every customer to be completely satisfied. You have 30 days to return any unused item, in its original packaging, for a refund of the price of the merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
To make a return: Please access "My Account" or follow the link provided in your order confirmation email to view your order. Click "Start Return" from the order view, and follow the instructions. You can also email email@example.com or call 800.421.8647 for a return authorization number and instructions.
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of the refund after receipt in our warehouse.
LODIS LOS ANGELES branded products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Normal wear and tear (such as scuffs and scratches) are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by Lodis Los Angeles' warranty.
Proof of purchase is required.
If an item covered by warranty is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, Lodis Los Angeles will replace the item free of charge. If the exact item is not in stock, we will replace it with a comparable item or online credit, up to the purchase value of the original item.
