30-Day Return Policy
We want every customer to be completely satisfied. You have 30 days to return any unused item, in its original packaging, for a refund of the price of the merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of the refund.
Warranty Policy
All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect. Usually a flaw that shows up after one year is due to normal wear and tear, misuse or cosmetic damage, such as a scratch. Normal wear and tear is not part of Lodis's warranty.

Sales Tax
We charge sales tax on all orders shipped within California, Georgia and New York.
Shipping Times
Orders submitted by 9AM Mon-Thrs will ship within 48 hours. Orders placed Friday after 9AM, or over the weekend, may require up to 72 hours to ship.
Shipping Exclusions
Shipments to Canada are made via FedEx International Priority service.
Free ground shipping with the continental US, on orders over $50.
Only one discount code may be applied per order.
