30-Day Return Policy
We want every customer to be completely satisfied. You have 30 days to return any unused item, in its original packaging, for a refund of the price of the merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of the refund.
Warranty Policy
All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect. Usually a flaw that shows up after one year is due to normal wear and tear, misuse or cosmetic damage, such as a scratch. Normal wear and tear is not part of Lodis's warranty; however, Lodis will do its best to repair the product and will charge the customer a nominal fee for the cost of the repair.
